FAQ!

Here we’ll try to make clear some possible questions that you could have, based on some things that our clients have already asked us.

We have an internet connection that’s all the time with us, but is like a backup. We can’t guarantee signal quality. The best scenario is get to a dedicated internet between 5 and 10MB to make everything works perfectly well. In some rare cases, like Advanced VideoBooth, we would ask a little bit more, like 10MB minimum, because the content to share is quite heavy to be shared.

For our equipment, we need a safe place against sun or rain. The sun hitting directly our equipment could danify the electronic parts and break the activation, and the rain can damage the structures and other damages.

For the activations, we’re always asking for a backdrop or a fancy scenography to complete the ambient where the people will take the photos or videos. The measures could vary according to the product you’ll use. Talk to us to know more.

Only one energy point is necessary for our equipment, we always bring with us some outlet power strip for possible necessities, but if you could provide two energy points, it would be very welcome.

You don’t need to worry about voltage and settings like these. Most of our equipment are bivolt.

After getting the photos or videos done, each participant goes to our shared spot where they will be helped by a person from our team, that will help your guests to share the results, via e-mail, sms or whatsapp.

If you choose to send via email, we can customize things like the name who’s sending it, the topic and the message with links to some specific place, a hashtag to share on social media, and more.

Finishing the event, we collect all shared data and create a lead with all emails, phone numbers and all information filled on the sharing system. We could send it to you in a maximum of 2 business days. Events happening between friday and sunday will have the lead sent starting from monday of next week.

Our team has one person that is responsible for the technical parts and setup the equipment at the local, and another one to help with everything necessary..

We don’t have casting, we always use people that already have worked with us to be more efficient for the event, because some of them it’s a little difficult to learn how to use it in a few minutes. If you do need an specific profile, let us know to see if someone from our guys is able to fit it.

Our uniform is a black polo shirt with our brand on chest, and dark jeans. If you want to put some specific clothes on the team, no worries! Let us know earlier to send you all the measures to provide the right clothes.

Yes, you can! Customizing all the things is a “must do” to bring your own style to all possible areas. We will send you some PSD files (Photoshop) with some different templates, all you have to do is choose which one of them you like and work on it. After that, you guys must send us back in the same file extension (PSD, Photoshop file) with all the layers visible.

It could vary according to the equipment and what’s the final result you want. A simple photo with a frame to share via email/sms is very quick, but if you want your guest to answer some questions to share, or let them choose a frame in some possibilities, it takes a little bit more.
